Hello

I'm having an issue with installing the GSX program.  I used the Fsdt installer, it says the program is active, however, when I go to my community folder, the program is not there.  It even says on the bottom of the  screen in orange, CommunityFolderfor MSFS:steam version and has the correct path, however, when I check the community folder, the Fsdt program is not in there.  Also, when I load MSFS, there is no Icon for the program to run.  Is there something I'm doing wrong here?

you  installing  gsx  pro  and  not  gsx  since  different  products  one  is  for  the  other  sim  and  gsx  pro  is  for  msfs

ok  you sure  you checking  the  correct  community  folder  since  i  have  steam  version of  msfs  and  i  got  2  community  folders  the  correct  version  should  be  where  you got  msfs  installed  i on my pc  i got 3  drives  msfs is  on  3rd  drive   and  my community  folder  is  E:msfs/comunity

Nope, its not in the community file.  Would the virus protection have something to do with it?

ok, so I turned off all virus protection and tried it again.  This time it let `me get as far as the Downloading file C:\user\name\appdata\temp\fsdreamsteam-gsx-world-of-jeetways.zip.001 but then freezes at 15% download.

ok  could  be  server issues  keep  trying or  use  a different  browsers (microsoft edge or  firefox) some  time  help

After about 2 and a half hours, finally got it.  Had to restart the program several times.  Must have been an issue with the servers as the program kept freezing up.
