Title: 1 pax at all times

Hi,
When using GSX pro I seem to only get 1 pax onboarding and deboarding, in the GSX settings I've unticked the "Estimate passengers number" but still only get 1 pax how do I fix this? sick of having problems with gsx

using  simbrief at all, if  you do  do  you  get  the  green  box  saying  simbrief  ok  when you open up  gsx

No, I've never seen this green box before, this problem has only recently come up.

EDIT:

I checked flight sim and saw a red box in the gsx menu, pressed it and it said this. Is there anything I should do about this?

need  to   generate   the  flight  plan  again  from  simbrief

The last generated flight plan on Simbrief expires after a few days, so when GSX connects, it doesn't find anything. If  you regenerate it, it will be active again.
