HI, love this product, just did a update and now my boarding function is messed up. It askes me who I would like to board and I select "both". Then it immediately runs thru Pilot,Crew, and then hanges on passengers now boarding and repeates it over and over again.
It told me to run live update so I did, but it did not help. Can you please help me with this because it makes my gsx unuseable. thnx

You posted this in the general discussion forum, so it's very unclear which GSX product you're using or which simulator you're using.

It didn't told you just that: it asked if you wanted to open the error log, which is what you are supposed to do whenever you report an error.
