Title: GSX pro crashing when trying to open 737-800 door

Got this error:

PMDG toggleDoor L Entry FWD with evtId 83637 Traceback (most recent call last): File ".\common\fsm.py", line 73, in executeDoFuncToCompletion File ".\GSX\assistanceServices\passengerBus.py", line 163, in do File ".\GSX\assistanceServices\baseAssistanceVehicle.py", line 362, in toggleDoor File ".\common\aircraftData.py", line 1843, in toggleDoor File ".\common\aircraftDb.py", line 135, in toggleDoor IndexError: list index out of range

This is with a freshly installed MSFS, PMDG 737-800, and GSX Pro.
Also tried changing to a door without checks, now i get the below error. Any advice?

couatl v4.8 (build 5105)

Did you update to 2.2.1?

There was a crash with 2.2 when it came to show pax.  It has been fixed.
