Title: deboarding pax going into the air and back on the ground - but not into the bus

Hello GSX's!

At some airports - like here in EGCN - i have this strange behaviour, that on boarding or deboarding the pax are going into the air and back on the ground - but they don't go into the plane or the bus.

I don't use profiles at all - since i am ok with the default action.

Is that airport default ? If yes, please clarify the exact gate. Also, please clarify if that happens only with that specific airplane.
