Title: GSX Pro Catering trucks

Hi, my name is Anthony. My GSX pro catering trucks do not go to the right hieght when loading and preparing for a flight. Can someone please help to explain what I am doing wrong.

Not possible to help you without knowing which airplane you use. If an airplane is not already supported internally by GSX, it needs to be configured first.
