Title: Disable gsx jetway

Hello everybody, 
How I can disable from all airports the gsx jetway?
I would like to use jetway from 3rd party also for default airports

The button with 3 right arrows >>> on the Enabled list of the GSX Config panel will do just that: move all the jetway replacement files to the Disabled list.
