Title: Idea for deicing procedure

Hi Umberto,

just an idea for making the de-icing a bit more "realistic".

On many airports there are deicing points or the A/C need to taxi to another Stand for deicing.
It would be cool if we probably get the possibility to assign de-icing points/stands or something like that.

eg. AC may decide if they want to de-ice on position or taxi to the deicing point something like that :)

Remote deicing has been discussed so many times and yes, of course it's planned feature.
