Title: GSX download issue

So I buy and download GSX... I jump into the sim and open the GSX menu, and it opens up the trial mode of GSX, where it can only be used at 3 airports. I know for a fact bought GSX pro. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Is the Installer reporting the product as "Active" ?

Please clarify which product you are referring to, because sometimes I see you referring to GSX Pro, other times to GSX. They are two separate product with different licenses ( GSX is only for FSX/P3D, GSX Pro is only for MSFS ), so be sure you are not confusing the two.

I've tried redownloading it several times to no change.
