Title: Gates not connecting to terminal

Very well known MSFS bug, which happens exactly the same with default Jetways, has been known way before GSX ever came out, and has been reported to Asobo since then, see here my report to Asobo showing the issue with a default airport using default jetways, no GSX installed, a month before GSX came out:
