Title: Addon Manager not showing on Addon Tab and GSX not working nor is SODE

Hello

I am so lost, I reinstalled P3D a few days ago and I am not able to use GSX or SODE. My addon tab is not there. I tried everything. I have the addon manager excluded from the anti-virus on Windows. I have the firewall off when downloading the file. Does anyone know what my problem is? Thanks for your time.
