Title: Catering trucks at R1 and R5 on a B74F

Hi, I have catering trying to be onboarded on doors that doesnt exist on my 747-400F plane. and its stuck asking me to open doors. Please help

I have the same issue, raised it while back but didn't find a solution. Catering works OK for the 748F but not the 744F. You have to try and remember to take your sandwiches with you when you board!

but now GSX is stuck, id have to change the options for automatic requests, because of this. Super annoying

You could go into the GSX aircraft customization and delete the R1 and R5 doors. But that does beg the question, given the exit door configuration, how does it work with an emergency evacuation. The main deck doors are only on the left side, the upper deck door is only on the right side. So if there's a fire on the right side, you'd have to jump down to the main deck to go out the left.

You'd go out the hatch over the cockpit on an inertial reel.
