Title: Couatl scripting engine hasn't started

I have tried everything that has been suggested and nothing is working.  This is very frustrating.  Is there a fix that will work?  Something that is universal.

There's a Sticky thread about this, aptly named "Couatl engine hasn't started - How to report a problem" so, it would be best if you followed it and post your log there.
