how to adapt the size of pilots hostesses and passengers for smaller aircraft example honda jet because they protrude from the aircraft

None of the GSX passengers are really optimized for planes with smaller doors. It's something planned for a future update, but it's a lot of work, since all passenger animations should be modified to have variants for smaller doors, to be used only in those cases.
