Title: Jetwats not connecting

Does anyone know how I might be able to fix this pop up when I attempt to connect the jetways?

The problem is completely unrelated to GSX. The SODE Platform Manager is telling you one of your Windows libraries is missing/corrupted, most likely the VC++ redistributable runtimes, try this download:

x86 version for FSX
x64 version for P3D
