Title: Questions about the software has been in trial state after activation

Hi！
  My GSX Level 2 software does not work properly after activation, and the software has been in a trial state (I guarantee that the activation code has been filled in to activate the software). What should I do？

Check the message better: it doesn't say you have a problem with GSX L2, it says you need to activate the base GSX, before L2 can work.
