Title: I have had this problem since I bought it ...

Everything works but the menu is not working ...It shows file option 1 file option 2 and so on.

Ive tried everything to get this to work but no luck..

Please provide with a log after you open the menu, following the instructions here about how to create a log file:

You posted the .err file, which doesn't contain enough information for us to know about the problem, please follow the previous instructions I linked to create a .LOG file, and post that one.

I don't see any errors in your log, but I suggest waiting for the next update which will be out this week, which makes lots of changes to the menu system.

I just tried to reinstall and install to the newest update and its the same. I thought their was going to be a menu change in the newest update?

Of course there is a menu change, but it's not certain it would fix your problem, which I really don't understand and cannot reproduce in any way. Which other add-on are you using ? AIG perhaps ?

No addons. Ive never used AIG and Ive cleared my community folder with just GSX and still no luck. I've also reinstalled MSFS and GSX and still no luck....
