Title: Error when buy the GSX+GSX Level 2 Bundle

Hello everyone.

Yesterday, I bought the GSX+GSX Bundle. When I clicked the "Buy Now" button, after enter the credit card information, it said that it were unable to charged my card. But my card was being charged for around 35.18 USD (Price of the bundle + Transaction fee). I think it's an error of the MyCommerce error. My card had been charged for that amount, and I haven't received the recipt and the product key yet! I have wrote an email to Virtuali Support, but they haven't replied to me yet.

Has anyone encountered the same situation as me?

This is not true, you have been replied to at 9:11 this morning ( CET time ), with the explanation you should contact MyCommerce support, because the only thing we can see, is your payment has been declined but, since we don't handle the transaction ( Digital River does ), we don't have any means to understand what really happened.
