Not completely, the costume parking system does still not work :-( It move your aircraft far far away from the parking. :-(

No change for P3D 4.5, can still use pushback feature and jetways from update a few weeks ago but still freezes and unable to change views once boarding is activated

In P3Dv5.3 heavy tug is still bugged with the extra man riding on it and then just staying there by the gate. Also, the marshaller distance readout still has hash characters on the bottom of the screen.
