Title: Restart GSX when importing new profile?

Hi, when I import/load a new GSX profile into the virtuali msfs folder, must I restart the simulator for the effects to take change?

No, just restart Couatl.

Is a Couatl restart also enough in case you made changes in the FSDT Installer app and in the config for a specific airport?

If you change something in the Enabled/Disabled list of either Jetways or Airport services, then yes, you must Restart the sim, since these are .BGL that are being placed/removed.
