Title: Gates not working at FSDT KCLT

I updated my FSDT last Saturday and when I went to fly out of KCLT the gates would attach to the AI planes, but not the plane I was flying. I flew last night from KCLT (FSDT scenery) to KDCA (P3D default). The gates at KDCA worked, and I was able to unload passengers.

I did the latest update from today(Tuesday) and tried to get the gates to work at KCLT, and they didn't work.

I have not added any scenery or planes to the sim

This is with P3D ver4.5.

Yes, you have an error at KCLT in the log, we'll check this.
