Where do I contact for a refund, the GSX Bundle I purchased a few days ago will NOT install and asks for a disk.

FYI it's unlikely to be GSX doing this as it's never been supplied on a disk

If GSX asks for a disk, it means you haven't downloaded the correct installer, you are maybe starting an older installer, one which was spitted into a different number of pieces (which the install routing calls "disk" ).

Are you sure you are running the installer you downloaded from here ?
