Title: New update and a few issues (maybe at my end)

Hi,
I have just updated and tested GSX L2.
I had the following issues and as the subject line says it may be only at my end but anyway I will list below...

1- The couatl sound often gets muted.
2- Marshaller distance readouts going nuts (image attached)

Try this installer, it's not MSFS-specific, it's just an offline copy of the files you were *supposed* to get from the servers:

Before we can look into possible issues, we need to be sure you get the right files.

Hi Umberto,
Thanks for the prompt reply.
Unfortunately after using the file in the link the problem got worse.
Now also the jetways disappeared and like most other people I am getting that infamous error "All active Jetways stopped due to Main Module (exe)"

Are you sure the jetway are not just SLOW to appear ?

As I've said in other posts, the first startup will be slow, like 30-40 seconds, or even more if you have lots of sceneries and, during this time, you can't call GSX and you won't see jetways.

Also, if you try to open the menu before it's ready, it's possible it might get stuck. In fact, it's when you'll see jetways ( assuming you are on an airport that has GSX jetways ), that you know it has loaded.

I have tried as you advised.
I have used LIEO as test platform.
Waited for 40 seconds before calling GSX (image GSX1). As you can see the jetways are visible.
Then I have called  GSX menu by Ctrl+Shift+F12, and jetways went missing (image GSX2).

I will now try to uninstall the product, re-install it and see.

Hi again.  :)
Situation update.
I have uninstalled the product. Deleted Addon Manager. Re-installed the product, and updated. The problem is still the same as the last time (no jetways with All active Jetways stopped due to Main Module (exe) message, in various airports).

I have decided to wait for the new update.
