Title: GSX Menu not showing up

I just purchased and installed GSX Pro and Main Menu is not showing up. I got the GSX icon on MSFS tool bar but clicking on it just changes its background color.
I have re-installed it twice with no different on results.
Quite frustrating!

You need to properties/compatibility menu of the couatl64_MSFS.exe file and click on the "Change settings for all users" button at bottom. Then select "Run this program as administrator" option apply and exit.

Unfortunatelly, that is not the case. I did the property change you suggested with no change on results.
It is a shame.
But thanks for your help.
Hopefully someone responsible for this product can make a effort on helping me on this.

How should it look like actually? Should the menu be displayed when the button is higlighted?

I Uninstaller all fsx/P3D FSDT products including GSX renamed the Add on manager directory and the virtuali directory in appdata, reinstalled GSXpro, and it worked. Seems to be incompatibility with previous FSDT products!

Yes, same here. I've perfomed a full reinstallation, deleting each folder previously created by GSX and it became to work.
Too many effort for so litle!

There wasn't any need for such useless comment, just because you haven't noticed several threads in which I posted an updated installer that should work independently by the servers, and contains all the latest files.
