Title: after live update need to run exclusions

Noticed that after live update GSX is downloading again the world gate files so we end up again with double gates and need to rerun the exclusion for 3d party airports...

Only when you install, there was a bug that when installing without a key ( in Trial and for use on FSDT products ), it didn't download the jetway package, now it does, but only matters doing the installation.

In that case it always downloaded the jetway package when installing, otherwise nobody would have seen jetways before. The bug, and the change, only affected the installation without a key, because you had other FSDT products active.
