Title: no pictures in the fsdt installer

I wonder if this is normal.
If I open the installer and choose GSX pro I get a screen with four empty blue screens and some push buttons, but I can't see anything happening. Is this normal?

Are you sure they are empty ? Not even a message in the lower part, possibly saying mSFS count' be found ?

no, it points to the right community folder and I have at the bottom "update all, update1 selected (wich always pops up even after updating), get your keys and deactivate all".
and of course it is an active subscrition

Is it possible you accidentally clicked the "hide products" buttons ?

nope, I can show you in the attachment. Strange

To make it clear I can see GSX pro, I can go to the config page that works ok, but at the config page I see 4 blue empty blocks.
