Please clarify that the only solution to the error noted in the subject line is to completely delete the "Addon Manager" folder, removing all content purchased from FSDT for either MSFS or P3D V5. Thanks.
- Uninstall everything using the FSDT Installer
- Uninstall the FSDT Installer itself from the Control Panel
- Go into your Addon manager folder (the one you chose for the installation) and remove the whole folder
- Run the installer again.

No, it's not. Since the problem is caused by your local cloudflare node still not updated, the proper solution is just wait and try again later. But it's possible that by clearing up the folder first, might result in a better update or, to solve other issues which are not strictly the ones in this thread.

Ok, I'll continue to wait for an indeterminate amount of time for CloudFlare to allow me to use the product I bought 12 hours ago.

So, a full day has passed and I'm getting the exact same error.

Did you do the procedure you posted in your first post? That solved the problem for me already yesterday. Actually it was enough for me to only delete couatl, couatl64 and all GSX folders. The FSDT airports I left them. No need to delete the whole addonmanager folder.

I don't know what to say, we ordered a forced refresh of it multiple times already. Assuming that's the only file "stuck" for you, try the attached one, to be placed in Addon manager\Couatl\GSX

I'm getting the same error even after downloading and replacing that file.

Then it's likely it's not the only outdated file. Try this:
- remove both these folders:
Addon Manager\Couatl
Addon Manager\Couatl64
- Run the Live Update again.

So, I did that, and now it's still not working but I'm getting a different error.
