Title: ms2020 gsx cuatl scripting engine hasn't started

I have just installed the latest gsx for ms2020 and get message cuatl scripting engine hasn't started when loading pmdg b737. this happens with virus checker and firewall blocker turned off. using new installer and update ran . any ideas please
