The passengers are surely correct, because we measured. That jetway is from MK LIRF ? We measured it well, and the tunnel it's like 1.50 mt. which of course can't be right.

Hi Umberto, yes, it's MK LIRF. So, what can I do in order to have the correct height? Thanks.

Nothing! The Jetways in LIRF are too small. Is it so hard to understand?

I suggest you open a ticket with MK-Studios: https://mkstudios.pl/contact/
And tell them to please model correct jetways.

Umberto, just to let you know, the jetways at your KORD scenery also appear to be a bit too short.  The passenger heads are sticking out of the jetways when boarding/deboarding at ORD.  Mainly, in the portion of the jetways closest to the terminal.
