Title: Custom Handling Agents P3DV5

Hi,

I notice the feature add "custom" handling agents for P3DV5 is not available due to a lack of DX11 i believe.

Is there a way to submit these to yourselves to be added for other users?

It's best if you just make a list of missing operators, with some pointers to images, webistes, etc. and a list in which airports they operate.
