Hi ,
It seems that there is bugs with the recent GSX updates.
One example is that when the engines have been shutdown, GSX will not allow the passenger to disembark as it think the engines has not been shutdown.
Attached is the snip of the engines have been fully shutdown..
Cheers,
Chris.

Before being sure GSX has a "bug", it's best to check all facts first since, of course, nothing has changed in the way GSX detects the plane engines. So, as usual, make a proper report, indicating:
- The airplane used, exact model and version
- The airport used
- The precise, exact, sequence of all operations you are doing in GSX.

The airplane used, exact model and version: PMDG 747-8 for Prepar3D
The airport used: Irrelevant; Happens on all airports
The precise, exact, sequence of all operations you are doing in GSX:
After the aircraft arrives at the gate, switched to the APU and shutdown main engines.
When all engines have been shutdown, connected the chock and ground power unit (GPU).
Switched the power source to GPU and shutdown APU.
Initiate passenger disembark ---> Got the wanning that the engines has not been shutdown.
I have not yet tried the PMDG 737-xxx nor 747-400.
Cheers,
Chris.
