Title: Reinstall GSX 1 and 2 ***SOLVED***

For some reason, I no longer have GSX appearing in my Addons. I am using P3Dv4.5. I ran the FSDT_Universal_Installer tool, but this does not remedy the issue. Anyway, I decided to uninstall GSX and then download the new installer for both GSX1 & 2 and do a clean install.

One of the questions on uninstall, Do you want to remove Addon Manager?

If I say yes, and this removes the Addon folder, It looks like all of my 19 FSDT sceneries located in the Fsdreamteam sub folder will be removed...causing me to have to reinstall all sceneries?

is there some way I can keep all my sceneries while removing and reinstalling GSX 1 and 2.

Just click no when it asks if you want to remove the Add-on Manager?

Hi Kevin, I ended up saying no, meaning my sceneries all intact, and hopefully, will not interfere too much with GSX reinstall.

OK, the re-install of GSX 1 and 2 seems to have worked well with the latest installer from FSDT, they appear in the addons, and the sceneries appear as installed and active. ok, off to use a few sceneries and see if GSX plays nice.
