Title: "couatl.regions=" line

Good day everybody. I've updated my GSX to the latest version and noticed that a new line is added into \Addon Manager\texture\rules_handling.cfg. This "couatl.regions =" line comes with lots of different letters  such as "B", "C", "P", "V" and etc. Can anybody explain a little bit what does this line mean and how would it effect the handling process if I modify this part? Thanks a lot.

Currently is not used in in FSX/P3D, it will be used by the MSFS version.
