Hi, I have GSX2 updated to the latest and the A320 FSLabs (P3D v5.3). GSX seems not to realize that the refueling is over (I checked for the correct amoun of fuel) and the truck doesn't leave. In the GSX menu I get that I can't complete other services until refueling is over...
-
Please clarify if this is happening with FS Labs, or with other airplanes too.
-
Hi Umberto,
I only use FSLabs and the PMDG 747. I remember it also happened with the 747 (after that I used the 747 built-in refueling system), but it was about one month ago, so not the latest GSX update.
-
No way, sescond flight with the FSLabs and the latest GSX update and the refueling truck doesn't want to disconnect...
-
Have you set in FSLabs that it should read this automatically from the system and GSX refuels it?

And again, please test with another airplane, one that doesn't control GSX itself.

Same thing with the PMDG 747.... I don't have other airplanes.

Please indicate the precise, exact, reproduction steps:
- The precise, exact, sequence of ALL GSX operation you made
- The precise, exact, sequence of everything you did in the PMDG, like how much fuel you had, how you selected how much fuel you want.
Everything, basically, to be able to reproduce your problem.

Could you explain where? I did not modify anything and up to a few weeks ago I did not have any issue.

Hey Virutali,
i have today the Same Problem with FSLabs. I dont no it is Importent for you.

Could you please do what I asked ? I'll repeat it again:
First, test with another airplane, one that doesn't control GSX itself. And. indicate the precise, exact, reproduction steps:

I found out what happens with the FSLabs 320 (I haven't had the chance to test the 747).
I do all the ATSU procedure, request refueling and boarding, while I am on the GPU ("ON GPU" A320 status and GSX GPU requested via GSX menu).
The refueling truck regularly refuels and LEAVES.
After boarding complete, I turn the APU on, therefore I ask GSX to dismiss the GPU. At that moment the refueling truck COMES BACK unexpectedly, plugs the hose and starts a new refueling, and THERE is the bug! Why is he coming back? In fact it does not even refuel, because the fuel quantity doesn't increase to the wanted one (a little fuel has been consumed by the APU in the meantime). It will never stop refueling and I need to reset position in order to continue....
So I suppose there must be a bug related to the GPU and refueling interaction...

What's you setting for "Detect custom aircraft system refueling" ?
-
Hi Umberto,
Sorry, I tried again and this time the refueling truck came back when the GPU was still connected...
I have "Detect custom aircraft system refueling" selected (ticked).

That's your problem. This has been discussed many times on the forum:

In addition to that, FS Labs Introduction Guide, the "Recommended GSX Settings" chapter at Page 11, clearly indicates the "Detect custom aircraft system refueling" should be DISABLED:
The option is DISABLED by default, and should probably left disabled in most cases, except the borderline case of an airplane that doesn't interface with GSX, and has the refueling not starting under your control, but might start at any time as part of an overall "turnaround" procedure. Some PMDG models do that, so that option is only needed in that case.

Thank you Umberto. I did not touch anything lately, I don't know why it was selected while it shouldn't be. I did a test and everything looks ok.
