I called GSX services for the iFly 737NG Advanced Series and selected to Operate Stairs. It looks like the Stairs are not right for the 737-900 plane.
Do I need to wait for GSX updates via FSDT Live Update?

I guess the door configuration for GSX isn't set correctly.

Hello, my dear friend Kevin you are in everywhere. Glad to see you again.
Door configuration for the small Stairs? I think the iFly Developer could give me the answer. I thought in FSDT forum I could find some other pilots with the answer as well.

Yes, if you go into the GSX settings and go to the customize aircraft configuration menu, you can see where the doors are set. You can also see what GSX configuration it's even using, whether it be one supplied by GSX, iFly, or user configured.

I am not proficient with GSX settings, but I should give a try to learn about. Anyway, I will ask to Jannie (Developer iFly) to find an answer.

Good luck with that. Unfortunately, I don't own the iFly 737 as I have the PMDG 737, otherwise I would have checked myself.

I keep watching from GSX Sharing area - Airplane Configs and also from iFly Forum. I tried GSX profiles from PMDG 737 and not a success.

You don't need any help from the airplane developers to create a new airplane configuration, especially if your issue is as simple as having the exit positions not set, as it seems to be the case.
-
That is my problematic (lol). I don't know how to work with that. I will give a try.

You can't use the PMDG 737 profile with the iFly 737, the positions are likely different.

Here to go, enjoy!
