Title: GSX is not prompting me to enter in the number of pax to board
Post by: airbadger on December 29, 2021, 11:35:32 pm
In the past few days, GSX has stopped asking me how many pax I'd like to board and it goes straight to boarding.

I have the green info text enabled, so I can see all prompts.

I have "estimate # of pax" turned off in settings.

It's happening with multiple third-party aircraft (FSL, PMDG, etc.)

It's inconsistent, and restarting Couatl sometimes helps, and sometimes it doesn't.

There are several reasons why GSX won't ask you the passenger number.

- The airplane might have set that number by itself so, GSX is not asking.

- You might have already set that number on that sessions.

For example, if you do a Boarding and GSX (or the airplane) set the passenger number, it won't ask AGAIN on Deboarding because, it assumes the passenger number hasn't changed, unless we wanted to take into account the chance somebody might had died or a pregnant woman gave birth to a new passenger during the flight so no, we don't simulate that...
