Title: Major issues with new install of KORD

I purchased and installed the KORD scenery today. The install said it was successful but the live update failed to install. It produced an error that said Internal Protection Error, please contact the author.  Once I launched MSFS 2020 by selecting the KORD airport I was at the ramp at the gate, but no buildings were present, only jetways and the runway configuration was wrong. Any ideas what needs to be done to fix this? Before I installed the scenery I deleted the default KORD from the content manager.

- Configure your antivirus to add the whole Addon Manager folder to the antivirus Exclusions.

- Launch the installer again
