I cannot reproduce the problem, could you please indicate all the steps you are doing in GSX ?

Also:

- does it happen with a specific airplane ?

- do you have AI detection enabled in SODE ?

I do have AI detection enabled in SODE

As for other aircraft, I'll check

Try to disable AI detection in SODE and see if it improves.

As I've said, we haven't been able to replicate this issue yet, so it's impossible for us to ever start working on a fix, assuming a fix on our part is required.

GSX create jetways on its own, and when you activate it, it passes control to SODE.

This is done through Simconnect communication and, as explained in other posts, it's possible that if you have an issue with Simconnect communication, possibly created by other products that "spams" Simconnect with too many data in a short amount of time ( we seen this with 3rd party weather engines or AI traffic products ), it's possible GSX and SODE couldn't communicate with each other, because the sim was too busy processing all those data traffic caused by other apps, all wanting to talk with the sim at the same time.

So, if you have any of these apps running, try to disable them temporarily, to see if the problem goes away.

Also, be sure you add the following folders to the antivirus Exclusions:

- The whole Addon Manager folder

- The whole simulator folder
