Title: Getting Registration info

I just purchased GEX v2 and its showing my GEX v1 in trail mode. Is there anyway to go back into your system a retrieve purchase receipts and reinstall all my FSDT airports?

Thank you Sir for your reply back.

The issue I'm having is the email I used to purchase 99% of your products with is no longer active. So when I use your retrieval system its sending info to previous email. Any way I can update my new info in your system so everything is on the same page?

Contact support by email, providing:

- the email you used before

- the new email you want your existing orders to be registered to

You have been sent copies of the new keys, and an email confirming your old email has been updated several days ago. We'll send another copy now.

Yes. I received your emails. Thank you very much. I have only one issue, that is the JFK V2 scenery which is suppose to be for FSX- Steam will not register with the provided SN. Should I download V1 version and try? Is that version for FSX-steam?

I'm not part of the development team or support team, so I have nothing to do with the e-mails, nor do I have a clue what was sent. You'd have to wait for Umberto to get back to you on that.

If your key is for JFK V2, it will surely activate JFK V2 only. If it's for V1, it will only activate V1. Yes, of course they work with FSX for Steam.

Also, any kind of questions about orders and reactivation should not be posted on the forum because, of course, my next question would then be something about your order detail or your key, which cannot obviously discussed here. Always use the support email for any questions related to orders or reactivation.
