Title: lost key !

I would like to get back the 2 key KORD-KJFK because that jai-remove the key by mistake.

It's not clear, from your explaination, if you lost your Serial in the registry, or you lost your purchase receipt, that contains is, or you lost both.

- If you lost only the Serial in the registry, simply select "Register Serial" to insert it again

- If you lost your email receipt, as clearly explained on the manual, and on this post in this section here:

You can retrieve another copy from the Esellerate support site, linked on that post and on the manual.
