I was wondering where i can find the AI Traffic Toolbox

  You can try this. I have no idea what AI Traffic Tool box is unless you mean whats included on the FSX SDK. http://www.world-of-ai.com/packages.php (http://www.world-of-ai.com/packages.php) . There are a number of AI packages,some for free some for sale. Google( AI traffic) and you might find what you need. :)
