Title: Addon Manager won't install

I deleted my GSX Level 2 and all other FSDT scenery programs as they stopped working in P3D. I tried to re-install GSX Leve 2 and that seemed fine but when I got the the Addon Manager, I got a Couatl Scripting error message requesting to close programs using that. I click okay but then get an additional message that it can't close this at this time. I have nothing else running other than windows and have disabled anitvirus.

I tried again and got the the live updater in the Addon Manager. This time near the end, I got a message that it could not empty the airports.bin file. I suggested removing the Program Data/Couatl file but when I tried that, I got a message that the file was used by another program and could not be deleted. What to do next? It's frustrating that it was all working fine last week.

- Restart Windows

- Configure the antivirus to add the whole Addon Manager folder to its Exclusions. DO NOT DISABLE IT, we never suggest to do that, we always said to configure it as explained.

- Run the FSDT Live Update again
