Title: Women pilots & male flight attendants

A while back, you added some women to the ground crews, but as of now, there are only men as pilots and copilots, and women as flight attendants. Are there plans to become less sexist in the future?

There's no need to accuse us of "sexism" just to make a suggestion, especially considering we already have a very diverse ground crew, with people of different gender and races.
