All of a sudden, and I do not have a clue why, my Live Update.exe file is gone. I own several FSDT sceneries. How do I update them now? Please help. Pete
P.S., I did check the directory for it, but the exe is not there.
I started P3DV5.1, chose Couatl live update, and got the following message:

Ok, did that.
When I do as that directs, I get the following:

That is the same error I am getting which is also driving my Malwarebytes crazy. Hence my post about the trojan warning.

I'm having the same problem all of a sudden. I also cannot locate the .exe anywhere on the machine. Is there a way to download the live updater again? the FAQ says the stand alone is no longer needed.

That's surely an antivirus bug, already discussed here:

After you fix the antivirus, you will have to reinstall any FSDT product, to reinstall the Live Update files that might have been removed.
