Hello I’m trying to setup jetways for Ben gurion there ini file has a blank afcad path but what does this message mean

Which one in particular. The one on the right says where the AFCAD for the airport is located. The user customization one says where the GSX customization is located.

Is that a scenery bought as DLC on Steam ?
