Hi Team
I get the following error when trying to update:
See the end of this message for details on invoking
just-in-time (JIT) debugging instead of this dialog box.
************** Exception Text **************
System.IO.FileLoadException: Could not load file or assembly 'QlmLicenseLib, Version=12.1.20089.1, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=9c65e32c060523a1' or one of its dependencies. The located assembly's manifest definition does not match the assembly reference. (Exception from HRESULT: 0x80131040)
File name: 'QlmLicenseLib, Version=12.1.20089.1, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=9c65e32c060523a1'
Any ideas what I need to do to fix it?
Thanks
Mike

Try this:
- Restart Windows
- Remove BOTH these files:
Addon Manager\QlmLicenseLib.dll
Addon Manager\Couatl\QlmLicenseLib.dll
- Run the FSDT Live Update again
-
Thanks Umberto
All fixed.

Hi,
Have the same problem (I think). the solution given to remove the two Qlm*.* files didn't solve the problem. The LicenseLib.dll wasn't there in the first place so I could delete it.
I attached the error.
'Could not load file or assembly \QlmLicenseLib. Version = 12.1.20089.1. culture=neutral. PublicKeyToken=9c65e32c060523a1' or one of is dependencies. the system cannot find the file specified.
Kind regards,
Martin

This is very strange, since the Live updater will surely download and install it. Of course, being a .DLL, there's always the risk your antivirus might block it.
Try to run the GSX installer ( or any other FSDT installer ), and be sure you add the whole Addon Manager folder to the antivirus Exclusions.

I think Antivirus was the culprit. Reinstalled GSX and all the updates . Thanks for the help.
