Title: Where are the ground vehicles?

Can anyone advise whats happened to all the ground vehicles please?

There are no stairs at the aircraft.
The crew and passengers don't board, I presume, because they can't.
The cargo trolleys move on their own.

I have updated with the updater, uninstalled and re-installed but still the same.

Any advice would be appreciated, thanks in advance!

Please clarify which simulator you use.

I'm sorry, but you are the only one reporting this. Usually, missing vehicles are caused by a problem with video settings, or vram exhaustion or shader tweaks.

Try to reset all shaders to default, by removing this folder:

%LOCALAPPDATA%\Lockheed Martin\Prepar3d v3\shaders
