Title: jetway motion light.

I've don so many searches, but maybe no one else is having this issue in P3d v5. When the jetway is activated and in motion, the red light does not illuminate and flash. Any ideas?

It is possible, but not probable that I am the only one having an issue here. Even a link to another thread, discussing this problem would be helpful.

if any one else has this, were you able to fix it? Is it a setting in P3d v5, a graphics card issue or a DX issue?

It's not your issue or a DX or P3D V5 issue, we lost those effects in the PBR version of the models when we recompiled all jetways to support AI. We'll fit it but it might take a bit of time, since all models must to re-exported again.
