I seem to have an issue with the aircon unit on a custom GSX jetway after the latest update.
I have created a JBT Aerotech AT3 Three tunnel Crystal 47/85 - 14/26m jetway with external aircon unit.
When the jetway is first created by GSX, everything looks normal, with the aircon unit attached underneath the jetway.
However, as soon as I activate the jetway to dock with my aircraft, the aircon unit suddenly now appears inside the crystal jetway instead of outside, and then the jetway moves into position.
Undocking the jetway moves the jetway back into its default position, however the aircon unit remains inside the crystal jetway.
I have tried unticking the aircon option, and saving, and testing the jetway, then reticking the aircon option, saving and testing, and every time the jetway is 1st activated with the aircon unit configured, the unit moves from its external mount, up into and inside the jetway.
I have tried to force another GSX update in case there was an error in downloading, but that hasnt seemed to fix anything.
Everything else about the jetway seems to work perfectly.
Any ideas what might have changed with this jetway?
Regards
David

Are you sure you updated both SODE and GSX ?
-
Yes, GSX updater has been run, and SODE engine has been upgraded to 1.7.1
I tested other jetway models with GSX, and I've observerd that the AirCon issue only occurs with the Aerotech Crystal model.

We'll check this.

Hello wondering if this issue has been resolved as fixed in another post as I cannot find any other reference to this on the forum. It seems its happening in my installation also

Thanks. Guess we'll keep waiting.

I'm experiencing the same issue
-
The issue here is they know the issue is there, they just don't know why it's happening.
-
Bumping this issue to the top in case it was forgotten.
Doesn't seem to be happening everywhere, I think it's jetway type specific

Is there an update to a fix for this? Been a few months

I have a similar problem and my bridge makes a big 90-degree turn when calling, which makes it impossible to connect.

The problem doesn't have anything to do with this thread, which is about a specific issue affecting ONLY the attached object, not the jetway itself. Some users reported your problem, but we haven't been able to reproduce it so far.
