Title: Strange textures on cargo

I have installed and updated GSX v1 to the latest version, however the cargo texture looks weird. I thought it was suppose to be a PBR material where it looks shiny and reflects light. I've attached a photo to show how it looks for me.

It will surely reflect lights but, of course, it depends on the light ( sun ) angle.

Is that how it's suppose to look like in the picture I attached? Just want to make sure its normal.
